Product Description

The VuDial automated telemarketing system is a complete telemarketing tool that eliminates your dependence on inefficient manual dialing, external service bureaus, and high-cost, high-maintenance predictive dialing systems while allowing you full compliance with Do-Not-Call regulations. The VuDial system consists of a personal computer (PC) file server, pre-installed software, and individual telephone calling stations. The system offers a variety of management features to optimize the productivity of your staff and the profitability of your telemarketing operation.  The VuDial system does not impose any restrictions on the location of your calling stations and supports centralized management of multi-site, multi-time zone calling operations as well as remote telemarketing stations.

  • Detail Features Description

     

    Do-Not-Call Management


    The VuDial system allows you to completely manage Do-Not-Call issues.  The State or Federal Do-Not-Call numbers can be imported to the system, automatically compared against your database and removed so that the numbers will not be called.  In addition, the system handles anyone you call who requests to be put on your Do-Not-Call list.  The telemarketer simply posts the DNC result, and when his work is uploaded, the numbers will be removed from your list.   The VuDial also allows the System Administrator to manually add individual numbers to the Do-Not-Call list.  You have an easy, reliable way of complying with Do-Not-Call regulations. 

     
    Campaign/Project Management


    The VuDial system allows you to manage and dial multiple projects or campaigns. As a result, agents can switch between campaigns or projects as necessary.  You have the flexibility to make and change assignments as needed.


    Operations Management


    The VuDial system automatically updates and regenerates new lists whenever list results are uploaded. The system secures your system with passwords to prevent unauthorized use. You can also pause and resume projects as necessary. A particular calling station can be set up for training without disrupting regular operations at other stations

     

    Data Management


    The VuDial system offers extensive data management capabilities.  For example, standard capabilities include export, import, and calling-list generation.  Formats and outputs are flexible and user-definable.  Benefit: You can purchase lists in most standard ASCII fixed, delimited, or other formats.


    List Management


    The VuDial system supports multiple campaigns and allows you to develop and maintain lists that are customized to your needs. The system also allows flexible and instantaneous updates and changes to your lists. Your managers can immediately enforce any decision to withdraw or cancel a list from the list pool. The system provides each calling station access to four lists at any time, and can update and refresh these lists based on the latest calling results downloaded at regular intervals throughout the day.  Agents can easily move between campaigns, and managers can continually review and manage your lists. Your company can leverage its access to the most current information to make crucial marketing decisions.


    List Blending


    The VuDial system allows you to create lists based on data from multiple sources.  Its sophisticated list generation capabilities enable the users to create targeted lists based on multiple selection criteria from all available sources.  You can create more effective calling lists from all data sources available and save on costs from list brokers.


    Lead Tracking


    The VuDial system can track all activities by station. This allows you to track the generation, pursuit and progress of leads from any of the agents from all your telemarketing stations.  Reliable and continued tracking allows you to evaluate your agents as well as your lists and particular prospects, contributing to the overall success of your campaign.


    Statistical Reporting


    The VuDial system provides detailed reporting on the calling activities and outcomes from each station and shift.  This allows you to track sales and measure the success of your campaigns.  It also enables you to gauge the productivity of individual agents by accounting for every call made and every second spent by agents on duty. All databases that support the reporting system are in Sequel and can be imported to your preferred relational database system to create custom reports.  These reports include:

    Information is available on demand and in the most useful format, and helps you make key decisions about the most lucrative calling times; market, campaign or project profitability; and employee training needs.


    Timely Reporting


    The VuDial system provides printed reports and other timely information detailing all important statistics for the system. Without halting the dialing process, the system tracks the performance of each agent and the overall campaign or project in progress. The information is displayed by counts.  Your supervisors can routinely monitor their teams’ work at a glance. Access to current and accurate information allows you to make prompt decisions about adapting your calling list and strategy.


    Scaleability


    The VuDial system’s network support package is designed to work with a variety of hardware configurations. The system can grow from supporting four agent stations to an unlimited number of stations.  You can make a modest initial investment in just a few agent stations, but expand the system as your requirements evolve.


    Contact Management/Sales Force Automation


    The VuDial TM system can be customized easily to integrate with major contact management, sales force automation, or other computerized call management system that you currently have in place.  You can maintain your existing and familiar system.


    Call Progress


    The VuDial server software provides total automation of the calling process and automatic detection of the status or progress of all calls including no answer and busy signals.  Benefit: Your management team decides whom to call, when to call, and where to call. Your agents are free to focus on selling, rather than dialing.


    Direct Dial


    Occasionally, an agent may need to pursue a lead by dialing directly. You can allow them to do so through the “direct dial” feature. This feature essentially turns the VuDial TM station into a standard telephone. However, even in direct dial mode, calls are fully registered into the database, so that you can continue to monitor the station’s activities. You can also choose to block Direct Dial.  You take advantage of leads that may not be on your automated lists without leaving your stations open to unauthorized use.


    Fulfillment


    Orders, appointments, and other contact information can be customized and uploaded to the server for further processing or printing.   This information can be printed on a summary list, or a single sheet per contact.   Your sales managers have the flexibility to respond timely and appropriately to customers and prospects regardless of where they (or their authorized agents) are.


    Implementation


    NMS fully configures the stand-alone server and installs it on site. The only requirement for implementation is a single dedicated phone line for each agent station.  You need not waste time and effort in complex network implementation.


    Documentation


    The VuDial system comes with extensive documentation including thorough and clear instructions for use, customization and expansion. The station operations are as easy to learn as any office telephone system.  You will need very little training or highly specialized skills.
