VuDialtm
Stand-alone Server
The VuDialtm
server comes with built-in, pre-configured VuDialtm
software. The VuDialtm
software comes complete with built-in management features that track
every call made and regularly update lists based on results registered
by the stations (such as Sale, Mail Out, Recall, No Interest, Do
Not Call, and any number of customized result options). The system
produces daily performance reports that show summary and detail
information about each station’s activity. The server uploads multiple
calling lists to each station on a daily basis and is capable of
connecting to an unlimited number of VuDialtm
calling stations over standard telephone lines.
VuDialtm
Smart Phone
The VuDialtm
Smart Phone integrates both voice and computer data/text capability
in one portable unit. The Smart Phone connects to the stand-alone
server by standard phone lines, downloads calling lists you have
defined, and automatically and continually dials the numbers. The
Smart Phone detects and skips no-answers and busy signals until
it makes a successful connection.
The Smart Phone performs all standard–and several advanced–telephone
functions using its Direct-Dial feature. In addition, the Smart
Phone is equipped with buttons to register call results, an LCD
screen, and a QWERTY keyboard for entering notes and contact information.
It also has a 32-bit onboard processor, data storage capacity,
built-in modem for connecting to the server, and ports that support
a printer and other peripherals. All Smart Phone buttons and function
keys are pre-configured and clearly labeled.
